Supporting the Valuation & Advisory Infrastructure Practice Group, the full-time Appraisal Coordinator will assist team members with research on right-of-way and eminent domain matters, focusing on data gathering, project tracking, and effective communication with local government entities, all in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct research on taxes, zoning information, and assignments while compiling data from various applications and websites Respond to appraiser inquiries regarding research and report data, and track project status effectively Assist in analyzing large sets of qualitative and quantitative data and communicate with local government entities for information confirmation Required qualifications Industry-related experience with familiarity in commercial real estate concepts, including property assessments and taxes Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel) Ability to grasp basic real estate concepts easily Strong collaborative skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Proven ability to proactively solve problems and remove obstacles for the team
