Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2B sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive outbound sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key B2B clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data, provide accurate forecasting, and report on team performance to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and effective messaging.
