As a Baker with Aramark at Panera Bread in Purdue Retail Dining, you’ll prepare fresh breads, pastries, and baked goods that meet Panera and Aramark quality standards. You will follow recipes, portion and proof doughs, operate ovens, monitor bake times, and ensure consistent product appearance and freshness throughout the day.
