Position Title: Bilingual Recruiter

Location: Allentown, PA

Assignment Type: Permanent (or Contract to Hire)

Hourly Pay Rate: $23 - $25 / Hour

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

On-Site or Hybrid: On-site, with local travel

An Addison Group client is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter!

Job Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit, and onboard direct care workers (caregivers) and match them with clients who need services
• Review staffing trends, including recurring open shifts, hard-to-staff areas, and specific caregiver skill levels needed, and build a recruiting strategy around them
• Plan and run outreach campaigns to grow the caregiver pool and support growth in the client base
• Make thoughtful caregiver-to-client matches that improve client satisfaction and retention
• Partner with onboarding, intake, and HR teams to move new caregivers smoothly through the hiring process
• Schedule each new caregiver's first shift and hand off to the case management team
• Work closely with the client services team to target recruiting toward current staffing needs
• Track and report weekly hiring and staffing metrics, and meet weekly hiring goals
• Build strong relationships with community members, caregivers, families, and partner organizations
• Provide a compassionate, solutions-focused experience for clients and caregivers
• Help drive success measures such as referral conversions, staffing utilization, fewer missed visits, caregiver retention, and electronic visit verification (EVV) compliance
• Take on additional duties as needed

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in each of the following: recruiting, customer service, and healthcare
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and EMR or web-based home health database systems
• Excellent phone, communication, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and positive, with a sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize independently
• Team-oriented and comfortable working in a multicultural environment
• Empathy toward clients and their families
• Preferred: 1 year of recent home care agency experience
• Preferred: Experience in sales, marketing, or public relations, or working with seniors and their families
• Preferred: Familiarity with Medicaid or home care waiver programs
• Preferred: Experience with HHAeXchange or general accounting software
