Talented Medical Solutions is a Joint Commission-certified healthcare staffing agency providing travel nursing, allied healthcare, locum tenens, and workforce staffing solutions nationwide.
We are seeking experienced healthcare recruiters with a background in travel nursing, advanced practice providers, physician recruitment, or locum tenens staffing who are ready to grow their income through an uncapped commission model.

Recruit and screen qualified healthcare professionals.
Build relationships with clinicians nationwide.
Match candidates to contract, travel, PRN, and locum assignments.
Coordinate interviews between clients and clinicians.
Maintain accurate ATS documentation.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with credentialing and onboarding teams.
Meet recruiting and placement goals.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.

Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
Submit qualified clinicians weekly
Maintain an active candidate pipeline
Accurately document recruiting activity within the ATS
