JOBSUMMARY:Support the design, planning, execution, and assessment of seminars, tabletop exercises, wargames, and related activities. The role requires deep expertise in joint operations and the ability to coordinate complex events that advance strategic mission objectivesESSENTIAL DUTIES:Design & Lead seminars, tabletop exercises, wargames, and similar events aligned with organizational and mission requirementsDevelop exercise concepts, scenarios, objectives, and evaluation criteria to meet strategic goalsCoordinate with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and mission partners to ensure realism, accuracy, and valueProvide SME expertise in joint operations, strategic planning, and exercise developmentAnalyze outcomes, prepare after-action reports, and recommend improvements for future eventsSupport USSTRATCOM-related missions and contribute to broader strategic initiatives as neededREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 7 years of experience designing, planning, and leading seminars, tabletop exercises, wargames, or similar projectsExperience in USSTRATCOM missions at Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Staff, or Service MAJCOM levelProven ability to lead complex exercise events and collaborate with senior military and civilian personnelStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsEDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:Highschool diploma or equivalentREQUIRED CLEARANCE:Top-Secret with eligibility for SCI, NC2/ESI, and SAP TRAVEL:TBD Benefits Offered: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, parental leave, pet insurance, paid time off, and holidays.USfalconhas grown from our roots in 1984 to become a mid-tier professional services company supporting a diverse and global customer base of DoD and Federal Agencies.
