Order Fulfillment Specialist

$28/hr

Key Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate service personnel.
Make outbound calls as needed to assist customers and follow up on requests.
Use call guidelines and procedures to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
Handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining timely follow-up.
Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions accurately in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Prepare quotes and process purchase orders.
Order parts and assist with invoicing for billable accounts.
Escalate urgent issues, including emergency parts orders.

Required Skills
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Customer service or call center experience preferred.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Adaptable, professional, and customer-focused.
Ability to remain calm and empathetic when handling difficult situations.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet performance targets.

Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience preferred.
Team-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment....Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
