As a Remote Customer Success Manager at 111 Sign you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture client accounts serving as the main point of contact for all customer-related inquiries and issues.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs effectively.
• Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback address concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services meeting and surpassing customer expectations.
• Track and analyze customer metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement driving customer success and retention.
• Implement customer success strategies to maximize client value and promote long-term relationships.

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and provide satisfactory resolutions.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain accurate client records and track interactions.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
• Experience working in a remote or virtual setting managing client relationships effectively from a distance.
• Demonstrated success in driving customer retention and promoting customer loyalty.
