Sales Representative

$50,000 - $60,000 + Uncapped Commission + Training + Progression to Sales Manager + Vehicle Allowance + Benefits

Are you a Sales Representative, B2B Sales Rep, or Outside Sales Rep from the petrochemical industry looking for a high-earning role where your results are recognized, you’ll receive structured training, and you can progress into management long term?

On offer is a fast-paced opportunity with a well-established wholesale energy business and uncapped commission, where you will be developed through a well-structured training program, and given a clear route into senior and leadership responsibilities as the company continues to grow across multiple states.

This well-established company are already operating across 8 states, and continuing to expand by looking to add another driven salesperson to their team.

In this role you’ll conduct B2B outreach and face-to-face customer visits, using a CRM and phone-based prospecting to build new accounts and grow revenue.

This role would suit a tenacious Sales Representative with petrochemical industry knowledge, looking to put in the work, build a long-term career (with progression), and increase earnings through uncapped commission. Some employees are currently earning up to $600,000 a year!

The Role:

• B2B sales with a mix of door-to-door customer visits and phone outreach
• Target of ~50 customer visits per week, using a CRM to manage activity
• Permanent position with uncapped commission (up to 16% gross of sale)

The Person:

• Previous sales experience
• Petrochemical industry knowledge / experience
• Tenacious, financially driven, and comfortable in a high-activity outside sales role
