Job Description:

The Video Editor is responsible for transforming raw assets into captivating and polished video content. The role involves using creative skills to conceptualize ideas and bring them to life while demonstrating proficiency in various editing tools and software.

Responsibilities/Deliverables:

• Craft seamless and engaging video content across various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
• Produce compelling Mission Statement Videos tailored to our diverse clientele.
• Source top-tier stock images and footage to enhance production quality.
• Collaborate with production teams to understand project needs and specifications.
• Review scripts and raw material to create a cohesive shot list.
• Seamlessly edit footage segments, incorporating music, dialogue, graphics, and effects.
• Deliver polished final cuts, ensuring logical sequencing and smooth flow.
• Consult with stakeholders throughout the production process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement cutting-edge editing technologies.
• Support social media engagement and other tasks as directed.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in color grading, typography, composition, and conceptual thinking.

· Strong skills in sound and color correction, as well as video compression.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Openness to receiving and implementing feedback.

· Expertise in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, backed by a compelling portfolio.

· Self-motivated with a knack for multitasking.

· Familiarity with online and offline resources for sourcing stock footage.

WORK SETUP

• Amenable to work from home online with own equipment and connectivity
• Work hours is 5pm to 2am or 6pm to 3am SGT
