Web DesignerClient is seeking an experienced Web Designer to design, develop, maintain, and enhance websites and web-based applications supporting City departments and public-facing digital services. The selected consultant will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive web pages and websites while incorporating modern GUI elements, accessibility standards, and user experience (UX) best practices. The Web Designer will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, content owners, and technical teams to ensure websites remain current, functional, engaging, and aligned with organizational branding standards.
