Seeking skilled and motivated individuals, the full-time Recovery Analyst will work remotely to identify and recover overpayments and misapplied payments by reconciling accounts payable and communicating with suppliers through phone and email. Key responsibilities Reconcile clients' suppliers' accounts payable to identify accounting errors, misapplied payments, and overpayments Request and follow up with suppliers for necessary information, reports, and documents via phone and email Analyze data to identify deficiencies in controls, duplicate payments, and system errors that lead to lost profits Required qualifications Ability to read and interpret accounts payable payment summaries Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment Strong communication skills for engaging with suppliers High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office College degree preferred; accounting experience a plus but not required
